SERVICE COACHING
Coaching
Presence can be learned. We practise it with you.
We help executives and spokespeople win in front of the camera, on stage and at the negotiating table — so your message lands when it counts.
What is media training?
Media training prepares you for appearances that count — interview, stage, camera, negotiation. It trains voice, posture and message so you stay calm and convincing under pressure. We practise it with you, based on what we experienced ourselves in front of and behind the microphone.
The best content falls flat if the delivery does not.
People believe not just what you say but how you say it. Whoever goes into an interview or onto a stage unprepared wastes impact — or delivers the headline themselves.
Stage fright
Nerves take over and the core message gets lost.
Trick questions
A careless answer in an interview becomes a quote that stays.
No impression
Whoever seems monotone and unsure convinces neither audience nor negotiating partner.
Your guides
We asked the questions ourselves.
For decades we sat on the other side — as interviewers, chief reporters and duty editors at the ORF and in major newsrooms. We know how a trick question is built and what carries an appearance. As a certified professional speaker and speech trainer we work with you on voice, posture and message — concretely and without show.

Difficult questions do not throw you off.
Your message does not land, even though it is good.
Your core message sticks — exactly as you meant it.
Frequently asked questions
- 01
Who is media training for?
For managing directors, board members, spokespeople and experts who get interviewed, stand on stages or need to convince in negotiations.
- 02
How does a media training work?
We practise on realistic situations — a real interview, a real stage, real trick questions — and give you directly applicable feedback on voice, posture and message.
- 03
Do you also train for radio and television?
Yes. We prepare you specifically for radio and TV appearances — including camera, timing and the art of getting to the point in a few seconds.
- 04
Can presence really be learned?
Yes. Confident presence is a craft, not a talent. Voice, posture and structure can be practised — that is exactly what we do with you.
Let's talk, before others talk for you.
An initial talk costs you nothing — except the uncertainty of being unprepared when it counts.
